Upfront Pricing
Most house cleaning companies give you a price and magically increase the price after the fact, because it is “taking longer.” They price per hour, and it always seems like it takes longer to clean than they thought. They will usually stop at a specific allotted timeframe and let you know that their price included cleaning up to this time, and to continue there will be an additional charge. Our company does NOT do this. Majority of the time, the price we quoted over the phone is the price you are charged. Of course, there may be exceptions for unusual circumstances (ie. unusually filthy, run-down, hoarding, etc). However, our cleaning staff always does a walkthrough before they start cleaning and will discuss any prices changes with you prior to starting. Nobody likes pricing surprises!

Where possible, all cleaning products used in our “Residential House Cleaning” services are eco-friendly and most have a 3rd Party Environmental Approval (ie. EPA’s Safer Choice Program, USDA Certified Biobased, etc) to help ensure a safer and more environmentally preferable cleaning process. Many companies charge extra for “Eco-friendly.” Simple Choice makes it standard!
